随着我国高等教育不断普及,近年来高校教师队伍不断壮大,青年教师逐渐成为高校教师队伍中的骨干力量。提升青年教师教学研究能力有利于加强教育教学质量,促进青年教师的自身素质和专业水平,而且有利于高校未来的建设与发展。因此,发现青年教师在教学过程中面临的问题、探索解决对策并及时进行调整,是我国高等教育中有待解决的重要课题。

With the popularization of higher education in our country, instructors have been greatly increased in recent years, and young teachers in colleges have become the backbones of the faculty. Improving the teaching research capacity of young teachers is not only help to strengthen the teaching quality, promote the quality and professional level, and also benefits to the future construction and development of colleges and universities. Therefore, finding the problems in the education process, exploring the solutions, and adjusting in time have been become a crucial subject to be resolved in the development process of higher education in our country.
