化工单元操作实训是中、高职学校化工工艺专业核心课程之一。学生通过实训,为进厂实习打下坚实的基础。在教学过程中,教师往往注重实践操作而忽视安全教育,实际上,化工单元操作过程中存在相当多的安全隐患,如果没有采取正确的防治措施就会引起安全事故。文章对实训过程中安全隐患进行了识别,并提出了防治对策。
