新型异羟肟酸类席夫碱的合成,表征及初步抗肿瘤活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 由间氨基苯甲酸与盐酸羟按反应生成间氨基异羟肟酸,以此为中间体,甲醇作为溶剂及氮气保护,合成了四个新型异羟肟酸类席夫碱化合物;通过质谱和氢谱进行鉴定它们的结构;并以人肺癌细胞株A549为研究对象,采用MTT比色法对目标化合物进行初步的抗肿瘤活性研究。研究结果表明,四个新型异羟肟酸类席夫碱化合物均具有一定的体外抗肿瘤活性。 Under conditions of methanol as solvent and N2 protection, four novel Schiff bases were synthesized from 3-amino-phenyl hydroxamic acid which synthesized from reaction of 3-amino-benzoic acid and hydroxylamine hydrochloride. Their structure was identified by MS and 1H-NMR spectra. Their anti-tumor activities were investigated in human cancer cell line A549 by MTT assay. The results showed that four title compounds exhibited moderate anti-tumor activity in vitro.
