摘要 超低渗透成膜钻井液是一种添加了特殊功能聚合物的降滤失性能优良的钻井液体系,它能在短时间内,在井壁上形成一层超低渗透膜,阻止钻井液体系中的水相和固相进入到地层中,降低侵入地层的钻井液滤失量,保护油气层。文章主要介绍超低渗透成膜钻井液的的成膜机理、性能特点、相对优势、国内外研究进展与应用现况,探讨未来超低渗透成膜降滤失剂的发展方向。 Super low permeability film forming drilling mud system is a add the special features of the polymer fluid loss performance excellent drilling mud system, the drilling fluid system can in a short period of time, on the wall of the formation of a layer of super low permeable membrane, prevent drilling mud system in the aqueous phase and solid phase into the formation, reduce invasion formation drilling mud filtrate loss, protecting oil and gas reservoirs. The paper mainly introduces the ultra low permeability into membrane drilling fluid in the membrane mechanism, the characteristics, relative advantage, the domestic and foreign research progress and application status of, summary of super low permeability into membrane drilling mud research ideas of future ultra low permeability film filtration reducing agent development direction.
