目的:十三五开局之年,医药健康产业相关企业迎来发展新机遇,但仍然存在着品种单一、老化、产品技术含量不高、市场竞争力薄弱等问题。主要原因是整个皖北地区完整制药产业链尚未完全形成。为新常态下蚌埠推动皖北医药健康产业快速发展研究提供切实可行的参考和建议。方法:通过对安徽及皖北医药健康产业:医药生产品种分布、营销产品种类、互联网医药信息服务及交易网点分布、医疗器械生产、营销及品种分布等发展现状分析,发现制约皖北医药健康产业技术水平发展的瓶颈问题。结果:通过分析发现制约皖北医药健康产业快速发展的主要原因是相关企业在产品质量、产品技术提升、产品研发、生物制剂、产业升级、经营销售、互联网医药信息服务、交易网点建设等方面面临严峻挑战。结论:探索建立政、商、产、学、研等紧密结合的体制机制,蚌埠市构建皖北医药健康产业技术创新战略联盟,将有助于产业联盟成员之间的资源共享、资金融通、信息交流、协作共赢,助推皖北医药健康产业的投资、融资、对接与合作、科技成果的转化与应用,促进企业优势互补、拓展发展空间、提高产业及行业竞争力,更好地推动皖北医药健康产业快速发展。

Objective： Much starker choices-and graver consequences-in the start of the implementation, Medical health industry related businesses in the new development opportunity. However, there are still many problems, such as varieties of single and aging, product with low technology content and weak market competitiveness. The main reason is that complete pharmaceutical industry chain has not yet fully formed in the entire northern Anhui. The feasible reference and advice will be provided to Bengbu promoting northern Anhui medicine health industry rapid development research under the new normal. Methods： The development present situation on characters of medicine health industry in Anhui was analyzed, the characters, such as： pharmaceutical products distribution, marketing product varieties, Internet medical information service and trading network branches distribution, medical equipment production, marketing product varieties and distribution. The bottleneck was found which restrict the development of the characters of medical health industry technology level. Results： The main reason for the characters of medical health industry rapid development was analyzed, and that severe challenges were faced in enterprise related, as： product quality, improve product technology, product research and development, biological agents, industrial upgrading, business sales, Internet medical information service and trading network branches construction. Conclusion： To establish political, business, production, study and research closely integrated systems and mechanisms were explored and established, such as northern Anhui medicine health industry combining technology innovation strategic alliance would be established in Bengbu. The industry alliance will help allied member between the resource sharing, funds accommodation, information communication, cooperation and win-win, booster characters of medicine health industry investment, financing, joint and cooperation, transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements, enterprise complementary advantages promotion, expand the development space, enhance the competitiveness of industry and industry.
