Determination of Tris(2-chloroethyl Phosphate) in Plastic Parts of Electrical and Electronic Products by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了电子电器塑料产品中三(2-氯乙基)磷酸酯(TCEP)的超声萃取/气相色谱-质谱联用快速测定分析方法。考察了萃取溶剂、萃取时间和水浴温度等因素对测定的影响。优化的超声萃取条件为以丙酮为萃取溶剂,萃取时间为45 min,水浴温度为30℃。在优化实验条件下,TCEP的质量浓度在0.2~8 mg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,检出限为0.50 mg/kg回收率为86.6%~93.8%,相对标准偏差为2.3%。方法简单高效,适用范围广,能够很好的适用于电子电器产品中的三(2-氯乙基)磷酸酯的检测。 The establishment of electrical and electronic products, plastic tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate(TCEP) ultrasonic extraction/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for rapid determination of analysis used. The effects of extraction solvent, extraction time and water bath temperature on the measurement. Optimization of ultrasonic extraction with acetone as the extraction solvent, the extraction time was 45 min, the bath temperature was 30 ℃. Under the optimum conditions, the mass concentration of TCEP at 0.2~8.0 mg/L and the peak area within a good linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998, the detection limit of 0.50 mg/kg, the recovery of 86.6 %~93.8 %, the relative standard deviation of 2.3 %. The method was successfully applied to the determination of tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate in electrical and electronic products.
