围绕产业链建设专业群是高职院校提升服务引领产业发展能力和提高核心竞争力的重要途径,也是办出特色的关键。文章以湖南化工职业技术学院为例,解析了对接石化产业链构建特色专业群的指导思想、建设原则和具体目标,重点从人才培养模式、课程体系、教学团队和实训基地等方面阐述了专业群建设的主要内容和建设路径,同时对保障专业群建设效果提出了具体措施。
