玉米收获机苞叶粉碎风机数值模拟与试验 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决玉米联合收获机的苞叶粉碎还田问题,利用ANSYS软件对轴向进风的苞叶粉碎风机进行了数值模拟,并在试验台上进行了验证试验研究。以苞叶粉碎风机的风速、全压、静压和动压为试验指标,对风机叶轮的转速进行了单因素试验。数值模拟结果表明,苞叶粉碎风机转速为1 100、1 400和1 800 r/min三个水平时,风机静压平均值分别为151.75、257.18和379.73 Pa,全压平均值分别为230.09、331.31和454.36 Pa,风速平均值分别为9.51、10.56和11.77 m/s。验证试验结果表明,风机转速为1 100、1 400、1 800 r/min时,出风口风速平均值分别为8.043、9.79和12.643 m/s;出风口动压平均值分别为76.33、103.7和241.5Pa;全压平均值分别为75.83、102.03和214.37 Pa。数值模拟与验证试验结果一致,风机转速三个水平中以风速为试验指标数值模拟结果与验证试验结果近似率分别为84.54%,92.71%,93.12%。 To solve the return land on bract smash of corn harvester,the axial inlet of fan was numerically simulated of bract smash by ANSYS software and verified by experimental research of test bed. The test indexes were taken as bract crush fan speed,total pressure,static pressure and dynamic pressure,and single-factor test was completed by the rotational speed of fan. Numerical simulation results showed that when the fan rotational speeds are 1 100,1 400 and1 800 r / min,the mean static pressures of fan outlet are respectively 151. 75,257. 18 and 379. 73 Pa; total pressure averages are 230. 09,331. 31 and 454. 36 Pa; the average wind speeds are 9. 51,10. 56 and 11. 77 m / s. Verification test results showed that when the fan speeds are 1 100,1 400,1 800 r / min,the average speeds are 8. 043,9. 79 and12. 643 m / s; mean dynamic pressures of outlet are 76. 33,103. 7 and 241. 5 Pa; the averages of total pressure are75. 83,102. 03 and 214. 37 Pa,respectively. The verifying test results are consistent with the numerical simulation,approximate rates which in three levels of fan speed and verify test results reach 84. 54%,92. 71%,93. 12%,respectively.
