摘要 高频谐振功率放大及倍频是"高频电子线路"课程教学中的重、难点内容。本文重点介绍了一种高频谐振功率放大及倍频实验电路,该电路将高频振荡电路、甲乙类谐振放大电路、丙类谐振功率放大以及倍频电路融合在一起。其中丙类功放创新采用并馈串联谐振回路,并进行了理论分析,同时也详细地叙述了级间匹配。将这套电路引入课堂教学和课后实验,可以帮助学生更深刻的理解高频电子线路相关内容,并为今后的设计工作打下良好的基础。 High frequency resonance power amplifier and frequency multiplier are the key and difficult part of the "high frequency electronic circuit"course. This article mainly introduces a new high frequency resonance power amplifier and frequency multiplier experimental circuit,which contains the high-frequency oscillation circuit,resonance classes A,B amplifier circuits,class C resonance power amplifier and frequency doubling circuit. It is an innovation to use and analyze the series resonance circuit and parallel feedback in class C power amplifier. And the design of the matching network between two levels is given in detail. The experiment shows that the circuit works well,and can help students to have a deeper understanding of the related contents in high frequency electronic circuit,and lay a good foundation for the future work.
