摘要
在实验教学过程中,不仅需要为学生提供配套的软件环境和硬件设备,还必须配合包括实验设备的领用、保管、归还等环节的管理。在管理实践过程中,需要依据实验室管理制度及流程设计一种实验设备管理装置。本文通过对普通存包柜的改造,设计并实现了一种基于校园卡认证的实验柜系统。该系统包括认证控制和驱动两个部分,认证控制部分采用ATMEL高性能低功耗微处理器配合射频卡读写芯片实现,驱动部分采用多个子驱动模块设计,子驱动模块与控制板经485总线实现通讯,很好地解决了多柜管理及施工布线的问题。该实验柜管理系统具有性能可靠、认证简便等特点,在实验教学实际应用中,特别是开放性实验室的管理中发挥了重要作用。
In the process of experimental teaching,laboratorians need to prepare the equipment and the application software,and should manage the routine such as dispatching,receiving and storage of experimental devices and / or toolkits. A laboratory equipment management system is designed according to the routine rule and operating flow of laboratory. In this paper,an experimental cabinet system is designed using wireless campus identification card to authenticate. This system is constructed with authentication control and device driving module. In the authentication control module,an ATMEL processor is used to access RFID card. The device driving module is designed with multisubmodule of parallel driving capacity,and the communication between controller module and device driving modules is based on RS485. This distributed driving structure is benefit to multi cabinet and wiring. The laboratory management system is simplify the authentication process,and it is reliable. It would be play an important role in the practical application of experimental teaching,especially in the management of the opening laboratory.
