摘要
本实验建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体光谱法(ICP-OES)同步测定饲料中Na、K、Mg、Zn、Co、Cu、Mn、Mo、Ca、Fe等10种元素的分析方法 ,并对微波消解条件和ICP-OES工作条件进行了优化。结果表明:10种元素线性相关系数均大于0.99944,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.53%-2.70%,回收率为86.5%-105.2%;采用此方法对英国政府化学家实验室(LGC)提供的配合饲料基体标准物质(LGC 7173)试样进行测定,测定值与参考值基本吻合;该方法具有简单快速、准确度高、能够同时测定多种元素等特点,能够满足饲料中多种元素同步、快速测定的需要。
A method for the simultaneous determination of 10 elements in feed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry coupled with microwave digestion was developed.The critical parameters of microwave digestion and ICP-OES were optimized.The results showed that the linearity obtained for all of the ten elements was good,with linear coefficients higher than 0.99944.Average recoveries of the ten analytes from fortified samples ranged between 86.5% and 105.2%,the relative standard deviations (RSD) was lower than 2.70%.The application of the new developed method was demonstrated by analyzing a certified reference material from laboratory of the government chemist (LGC).The proposed method was rapid, sensitive,easy to perform,and could be a promising alternative to conventional techniques for the routine analysis of the ten elements in animal feeds.
