摘要
某矿山为高含量碳酸氢根-碳酸盐砂岩型铀矿床,地下水存在较高质量浓度的碳酸氢根,为铀的配合浸出提供了有利条件。采用CO_2+O_2浸出工艺可充分利用矿层碳酸盐含量高的特点,不仅抑制了矿层渗透性的降低,而且补充了地下水中碳酸氢根的消耗。现场抽注试验表明,用CO_2+O_2浸出高含量碳酸盐-碳酸氢根矿床可以取得较好的浸出效果。研究中进一步优化和完善了CO_2+O_2浸出工艺在该矿床的应用,为该矿床的开发提供技术支持。
A uranium mine belongs to high carbonate and high bicarbonate content sandstone type ura-nium deposit. High concentration of bicarbonate in the groundwater provides a necessary complex for-mation condition for leaching of uranium. Application of CO2+O2 leaching technology can fully take advantage of high content of bicarbonate and carbonate in the local condition, the leaching process not only inhibites the permeability decrease in the ore layer but also provides supplement bicarbonate con-tent in ground water. Through field drawing and injecting tests, the leaching of CO2+ O2 with high carbonate-high bicarbonate content deposit, a good leaching result is achieved. At the same time, fur-ther optimization and improvement of the CO2+02 leaching process study provide technical support for the development of deposit.
