摘要 结合中核集团地矿系统26家单位安全生产标准化现场评审结果,采用问题数量和扣分率2种不同分类分析方法,对该系统第一轮安全生产标准化评审中发现的问题及其扣分情况进行了分类分析,并就2种不同分类方法产生差异化结果的原因进行了分析探讨,对问题较为集中的核心要素的主要内容进行了说明,归纳出该系统存在的生产设备设施、作业安全和职业健康管理等3个安全管理薄弱环节,并提出了相关建议。 On the basis of the safe production standardization evaluation results of 26 enterprises and institutions which belong to uranium geological and mining corporation, two different classification methods are employed in this article. One is numbers of the problems analysis and the other is rates of demerit point analysis. The problems which were occurred at the first round of the case the safe pro-duction standardization evaluation in uranium geological and mining corporation are classified as well as the rates of demerit points for the problems are analyzed too. The reasons for two different meth-ods leading to different results are explained and discussed. For the centralized core elements of the problems, the main contents of the problems are described. The study indicates that the safety man-agement problems existed in the enterprises and institutions of the uranium geological and mining cor-poration systems are summarized into three areas which link to production equipment and facilities, operating security and occupational health management. In the end, some solutions and relevant sug-gestions are recommended for reference.
