摘要
将羟乙基淀粉(HES)分别用马来酸糠酰胺(SFA)和N-丙氨酸基马来酰亚胺(AMI)进行化学修饰,然后以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺为单体、以聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,通过Diels-Alder反应和光聚合反应制备具有互穿网络结构的水凝胶,水凝胶的结构和形态分别用红外光谱和扫描电镜进行分析和表征。溶胀动力学测试及尿素缓释实验结果表明,该水凝胶具有较好的溶胀性能,并且其溶胀度及对尿素的释放均随温度的升高而降低,该水凝胶作为缓释肥料的载体具有潜在的应用前景。
3-[( furan-2-ylmethyl) carbamoyl]propanoic acid( SFA) and 2-maleimidopropionic acid( AMI) is used to modify hydroxyethyl starch( HES),respectively. Then the modified starch,the monomer of N-isopropylacrylamide,the crosslinker of poly( ethyleneglycol) dimethacrylate and the photoinitiator is dissolved in water to prepare a Diels-Alder reaction mixtures and photopolymerization to produce interpenetrating networks( IPN) hydrogels. These hydrogels are characterized By SEM and FTIR. The results show that the hydrogels have good swelling properties and slow-releasing properties for urea. And the swelling ratios of hydrogels decrease with the temperature increasing. These reported IPN hydrogels show potential applications as the carriers of urea fertilizer.
