摘要
采用数学统计方法,分析河南省1981-2010年雾霾气候资料,得出河南省雾、霾时空分布变化趋势特征:雾霾主要出现在秋冬季节,夏季发生最少;雾12月最多,6月最少,11月至次年1月为河南省雾多发期,地形分布很大程度上决定雾的空间分布特征;霾1月最多,8月最少,10月至次年2月为河南省霾多发期。根据调查结果,从完善雾霾防治法律和监管体系,建立空气质量标准体系和建立合理科学的监测网络,大力开发利用绿色清洁能源,接受社会全面监督等多举措推进污染防治方面,提出科学防治河南省雾霾的对策建议。
By mathematical statistics, the frog and haze data in Henan province from 1981 to 2010 were analyzed,and the temporal and spatial variation trends of frog and haze were summarized. Frog and haze were mostly in fall andwinter, seldom in summer. Frog was most frequently in December and least in June, and the frequent period was dur-ing November to next January, its spatial distribution largely related to the landform. Haze was most frequently in Jan-uary and least in August, and the frequent period was during October to next February. According to the investiga-tion, some countermeasures were put forward as followings: completing the law and supervision system of preventionand control of frog and haze; building air-quality standard system and monitoring network; exploring more non-pol-luting green energy and accepting overall supervision from public.
