Application of android mobile phone in the acceleration measurement of elevators

摘要 针对电梯运行舒适性测量的问题,提出一种利用安卓手机内部的微机电(Micro-ElectroMechanical-System,MEMS)加速度计对电梯加速度进行测量的方法。给出了MEMS加速度计信号采集与蓝牙无线传输的JAVA语言编程方法,利用C#语言编写了PC端数据显示与存储程序。对某型号客用电梯的起动、制动及运行过程中的加速度进行了测量,验证了测量方案的可行性。 An acceleration measurement method based on the MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) accelerometer built in android mobile phone was proposed to meet the elevator's motion acceleration measurement requirement. Java language programming for MEMS accelerometer signal acquisition and bluetooth wireless transmission was presented. The program of acceleration data displaying and saving was developed by C# language in the personal computer. The acceleration of starting, braking and running of a certain type of passenger elevator was tested, and the feasibility of the method was verified.
