With the acceleration of the education internationalization process, the scale of internationalstudents’ enrollment is continually expanding in China, especially medical education with its unique charm,which has attracted a large number of international students to study in recent years. As the implementer ofeducation internationalization, the construction of the teaching staff for international students’ education isparticularly important. The implementer has to explore actively and establish a high-quality teaching team, whichis able to meet teaching needs of international students and make it develop in a healthy and sustainable way. Andat last we can grasp new development opportunities and achieve a new leap in the education of internationalstudents.
