摘要
医改以来,我国公立医院财政投入相关政策在不断完善,财政投入力度也在持续加大,为了进一步提高财政投入效率,摸清当前财政对公立医院投入的产出情况,亟需对公立医院财政投入的绩效进行深入研究。因此,本文从分级诊疗制度的视角出发,将财政投入与绩效挂钩,通过分析各级公立医院在分级诊疗制度下的功能定位来评价公立医院财政投入的产出,进而提出管理策略,以期为相关决策部门提高公立医院的管理效率提供参考。
Since the medical and health system reform, the public hospitals' financial investment policies in China are constantly improving, and the financial investment intensity is also increasing. In order to further improve the efficiency of financial investment and find out the output of financial investment in public hospital,and further study the performance of public hospitals' financial investment, this paper evaluated the financial output through linking the financial investment and performance from the perspective of grading diagnosis and treatment system and put forward the management strategies
