在高校推行大学生领导力教育已经成为新常态背景下高等教育改革发展的重要课题之一,对各类型的高等院校都具有重要意义,它符合社会经济发展和大学生综合素质提高的双重诉求。本文试以师范院校为探讨对象,从对大学生领导力教育内涵分析出发,从个体、院校和社会层面探析师范院校开展大学生领导力教育的必要性,并结合师范院校的特色和优势,分析提出师范院校开展大学生领导力教育的策略建议。

Under the background of the new normal, implement the students' leadership education has become one of the important subjects of the reform and development in Higher Education, which has positive significance, which not only meet social and economic development, but also conform to the demand of students' comprehensive quality. This paper, on the basis of the connotation of college students' leadership education,analyzed the necessity of leadership education for college students from individual, institutional and social aspect, and will combine with the characteristics and advantages of normal universities to analyze and put forward the strategies and suggestions on how to develop students' leadership education.
