学习与合作视角下高校辅导员学习共同体的意蕴及运行机制研究

On University Counselors' Learning Community Implication and Operation Mechanism from the Learning and Cooperation Perspective

随着学习、合作、分享理念在社会进程中的影响范围的不断延伸,学习共同体正是在此背景下应运而生的一种全新教育范式。通过阐释"高校辅导员学习共同体"内涵及基于学习与合作视角下的学习共同体的生成路径,使广大辅导员不断接受学习共同体理念,近而积极参与其中。在共同体中通过知识分享、智慧激荡、能力助长,促进辅导员高效学习,从而达成"交互学习"与"合作创新"相融合的职业化成长的范式构建初衷。

As the influence of learning, cooperation and sharing ideas extending unceasingly, the learning community appears and becomes a new education paradigm. Through interpreting the connotation of learning community and the generated path under the perspective of learning and cooperation, university counselors accepted and actively involved learning community. In the community through knowledge, wise and ability sharing, counselors' learning efficient was encouraged and promoted, which build the professional construction combined interactive learning with collaborative innovation.
