摘要
目的:了解培养护理人才的影响因素,为我国护理教育改革提供参考。方法:采用护生职业认同调查问卷、自我效能量表对学生进行调查。结果:本科护生职业认同总分及专业认识、职业情感、职业价值观维度评分显著低于中职升本护生(P<0.05,P<0.01),职业期望得分显著高于中职升本护生(P<O.01);本科护生学习能力自我效能维度得分显著高于中职升本护生(P<0.05);专业认同、自我效能与护理专业学生的学习成绩呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论:职业认同、自我效能对护生学习成绩会产生重要的影响。
Objective: To understand the influence factors of training nursing talents, provide reference for nursing education reform in China. Methods: The students were investigated by the nursing students professional identity questionnaire and self-efficacy scale. Results: Undergraduate nursing students' professional identity scores and professional knowledge, professional emotion, professional values dimension scores are significantly lower than vocational undergraduate of the nursing students(P<0.05,P<0.01). But their career expectations scores( P <0.01); their learning ability self-efficacy dimension scores are higher than the latter(P <0.05); nursing students professional identity, self-efficacy and learning achievement has significant negative correlation(P<0.01).Conclusion: Professional identity and self-efficacy are the important factors that affect nursing students' grades.
