本文梳理评价了国内阀门设计和试验标准现状。阀门内漏问题的根源在于国内缺少专门的阀门质量认证标准,阀门制造质量不能完全保证。介绍了美国阀门质量认证标准,其先进性主要表现在严格限定阀门二级供应商资质,确定了第三方阀门质量认证机构,阀门外观状态检查和阀门材料机械性能试验更为严格细致,开展阀门闭合能力试验、阀杆与闭合部件连接强度试验和阀门手轮性能试验等特殊检验,建立了阀门及部件应满足的最低要求准则等。最后,提出了建立涵盖阀门制造工艺、材料、检测和试验的质量标准的建议。

China valve design and testing standards were classified and assessed. The root cause o fvalve leakage was short o f special valve quality and qualification standard in China, with valve qualitynot guaranteed fu lly. The paper introduced Am erican valve quality and qualification standard, withthe advancement were expounded in detail form strictly limiting secondary supplies qualification, anddetermining third party valve quality and qualification organization, strictly limitation for valve visualinspection and valve material mechanical property experiment, and carrying out special inspection such asvalve closure testing and joint strength testing for valve stem and closure component and valve handwheelperformance testing, and minimum requirement rules for valve and its component, etc. Finally, the suggest o fsetting up valve quality and qualification standard system was made, including valve fabrication process, andmaterial, and inspection, and testing.
