摘要
国内某核电厂大修时,发现辅助给水汽水分离器的疏水管道有大量的腐蚀产物,造成排水不畅。本文从管道结构、腐蚀产物成分分析和水质分析等方法对管道堵塞原因进行了分析。分析结果表明腐蚀产物主要来自于生活饮用水系统,生活饮用水系统在发生p H值和温度的变化时析出固体粒子,固体粒子在管道弯头不断沉积最终造成管道堵塞。
There is so large amount o f corrosion products in drain pipe that auxiliary feedwater moistureseparator cannot work well for nuclear power plant. In this article, structure o f pipe, elementary compositiono f corrosion products, water quality are analyzed. Results indicated that corrosion products mainly comefrom domestic water system. The solid particles are precipitated from domestic water system with changingo f pH and temperature. The solid particles are deposited continuously in elbow causing pipe plugging finally.
