摘要
为了落实国务院节能减排政策,确保管道工程安全长周期运行,解决长输油气管道防腐保温技术在应用中的腐蚀穿孔问题,必须了解导致管道防腐保温层过早失效的原因,并在设计阶段采取有针对性的解决措施。以我国长输管道防腐保温技术的发展现状为基础,介绍了常用的防腐保温材料及其结构,分析了防腐保温技术在长输管道应用中存在的主要问题。通过优化防腐保温结构设计,充分考虑可靠性与经济性的统一,大大降低了管道的事故发生率。积极推动新技术,开发新型保温材料,可进一步缩小我国长输管道防腐保温技术与发达国家的差距。
In order to implement the State Council's energy-saving emission reduction policies to ensurepipeline engineering safe and long period running, solve the corrosion perforation problem in the applicationof anti-corrosion and thermal insulation technology of the long oil and gas pipeline ,Must understand thecause of pipeline anti-corrosion and insulation coatings premature failure,and in the design stage targetedmeasures can be taken to limit the problem. Based on the present development situation o f anti-corrosionand thermal insulation technology o f long distance pipeline in China, this paper introduces the common anticorrosionand thermal insulation materials and their structures, and analyzes the main problems existing inthe application o f corrosion protection and insulation technology in long distance pipeline. By optimizingthe design o f anti-corrosion and thermal insulation structure, the unity o f reliability and economy is fullyconsidered, and the accident rate o f pipeline is greatly reduced. Actively promote the new technology, thedevelopment o f new thermal insulation materials, can further narrow the gap between China's long distancepipeline anti-corrosion and thermal insulation technology and developed countries.
