空间视角下工业集聚的所有制效率影响及效应分解

Influence from Industrial Agglomeration to Ownership Efficiency and Effect Decomposition on Spatial Perspective

地区间工业集聚水平和工业所有制效率均存在空间溢出效应,需从多层面提高工业效率,需作细分研究。基于集聚经济理论,运用空间计量模型,考察工业集聚对工业体系中不同所有制效率的影响及效应分解。将所有制因素纳入Ciccone和Hall的产出密度理论模型中,推导出工业集聚与工业所有制效率的理论关系。选取中国31个省级区域2004-2013年的数据,用空间面板计量方法对理论模型进行实证检验。结果发现:工业集聚水平提升能够带动工业所有制效率的有效提升,同时,二者均表现出显著的空间溢出效应。在此基础上,提高工业所有制效率应当重视工业集聚发展;工业经济发展需要重视区域协同性与共享地区间的溢出效应;新型工业化道路与所有制经济改革,需要继续深化开放发展和内资提质。

Using spatial econometric model,this paper investigates the effect from industrial agglomeration to industrial mixed ownership vitality. Firstly,it expands Ciccone and Hall's output density theoretical model by putting mixed ownership vitality into the output density model so as to construct the theoretic model of the relationship between industrial agglomeration and industrial mixed ownership vitality. Based upon this,it selects the data of China's 31 provinces from the year of 2004 to 2013 and uses spatial panel data model to estimate the theoretic model. The result finds that industrial agglomeration can efficiently improve industrial mixed ownership vitality. Both the industrial agglomeration and industrial mixed ownership vitality has obvious spatial spillover effects. This paper concludes that industrial agglomeration should be emphasized when improving industrial mixed ownership market. Furthermore, cooperativity of regional industrial economy development should be emphasized in order to share the spillover effects among regions. In the process of new industrialization road and ownership economy reform,deepening reform and opening- up policy should be continued and the quality of domestic industrial should be promoted.
