摘要
随着组织信任的重要性不断被人们所认知,组织信任逐渐成为心理学、社会学和组织行为学等社会科学研究的热门课题。文章在对国内外有关组织信任的研究文献进行系统梳理和分析的基础上,简要介绍了组织信任的内涵及结构,总结了影响组织信任的主要因素,并从相关工作态度、绩效及行为等方面归纳了组织信任的影响作用及机制;最后,文章结合现有研究的不足,指出该理论仍有待于进一步深入探索和完善的内容。
With the significance of organizational trust cognized continually, organizational trust gradually became a hot topic inthe social sciences, such as psychology, sociology and organizational behavior. In this paper, the literatures on organizational trust domesticallyand abroad are codified and analyzed systematically. Firstly, the connotation and structure of the organizational trust are brieflyintroduced; then, the factors influencing organizational trust are summarized; next, the effect and mechanism of organizational truston work attitude, performance, and behavior are analyzed; finally, based on the shortcomings in research work, the aspects in thetheory, which are still prepared for further explore, are pointed out.
