综合运输的本质及其特征研究

Research on the Nature and Characteristics of the Integrated Transport

为构建符合现实国情的综合运输发展理论体系,文章在系统梳理国内外学者对综合运输概念表述的基础上,依据我国综合运输发展的实践特点,重新界定了综合运输的概念。从经济学的根本动力机制出发,文章指出综合运输的本质是在现有的技术经济条件下,以对社会经济发展贡献最大化为根本目标,以最恰当的运输方式、最大限度地满足社会经济发展提出的运输需求的实践过程,系统分析了综合运输的形式特征。分析结果表明:正确认识综合运输的本质及其特征,有利于明确综合运输理论的发展主线,突破现有综合运输理论相关认识的囹圄,对综合运输相关理论体系的构建具有重要的指导意义。

For the construction of an integrated transport system development theory in line with the realistic conditions, this paperredefines the concept of integrated transport on the basis of an integrated transport concept expressed by the scholars and the practicalfeatures of integrated transport development in China. The nature of integrated transport was pointed out proceeding from the fundamentaldynamic mechanism of economics： It is the maximum to meet the transport needs of social and economic development in the mostappropriate mode of transport. And integrated transport was analyzed from the essential characteristics and formal characteristics. Analysisshowed that： the correct understanding of the nature and characteristics of the integrated transport, is conducive to the development ofintegrated transport theory, beyond the current understanding of integrated transport theory, and has important guiding significance tobuild an integrated transportation system theory.
