农业产业化经营主体与农民关系构建研究——基于对贵州省安顺市现代农业发展的调查

Research on Relationship between Principal Part of Agricultural Management and Farmers——Take a Case on Investigation of Modern Agriculture Development in Anshun City of Guizhou Province

文章基于贵州省安顺市现代农业发展的数据资料,对农业产业化经营主体与农民关系构建的情况进行了研究,报告了安顺市农业产业化经营主体类型特点及其与农民之间的矛盾,采用实证分析方法,对安顺市6个县(区)进行调查,反映了利益机制在协调二者之间关系中的作用,形成了农业产业化产业链,提出了在农业产业化进程中培育现代农民、实现中介组织的信息援助、建立双赢的利益分配机制以及转变政府职能的政策建议,以期解决目前传统农业文化对新的产业化文化的不适应性,避免农业产业化成为对农民利益的一种新形式剥夺。

Based on data and information of modern agriculture development in Anshun city of Guizhou province, this paperstudied relationship between Principal Part of Agricultural Management and Farmers. It also reported characteristics of Principal Part ofAgricultural Management and the contradiction with farmers. By using the way of Empirical analysis and investigating six counties in Anshun, this paper reflect an important role that benefit mechanism can play in coordinating relations between Principal Part of AgriculturalManagement and Farmers. The paper concluded that the formation of industrialization of agriculture industry chain. In order to solvethe culture -maladjustment of traditional agriculture in modern industry agriculture and to avoid the industrialization of agriculturebecoming a new form of deprivation of the interests to farmers, the paper also put forward some suggestions as to cultivate modern farmers, to gain information assistance from intermediary organization, to construct a win-win profit distribution mechanism and to transformgovernment functions.
