摘要
本文评述了近年来以聚烯烃、氟塑料和聚氯乙烯为基料的线缆发泡聚合物技术的研究开发。其中聚烯烃包括聚丙烯和聚乙烯,氟塑料包括聚四氟乙烯、四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯-全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物/四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物的共混物、聚偏氟乙烯等。这些发泡料分别用于通信电缆的发泡绝缘层以及发泡护套层。本文比较了多个发泡体系的不同特点,总结了平行双导线电缆、RF电缆等高端线缆发泡的实践经验,从线缆聚合物角度预测了未来第五代移动通信用传输线技术发展,并从聚合物黏弹性特点出发探索如何获得良好的发泡性。
The research & developm ents on the foamable cable com pounds based on polyolefins, fluoropolymers and PV C are reviewed.The polyolefins include polyethylene and polypropylene, while the fluoropolymers cover the range from polytetrafluoroethyleneto perfluorinated ethylene propylene copolym er (FEP), polyvinylidene fluoride and the blend of FEP and perfluoroalkoxycopolymer. These compounds are utilized respectively as the insulation materials and the sheathing materials for diverse kinds oftelecommunication cables. The main characteristics of the relevant foaming systems are compared, and the empirical knowledge onthe foaming of the high-perform ance cables such as the tw in-ax cables and the R F cables are summarized. The technical trend of thetransmission lines for the future 5G mobile networks are predicted from the material perspective. Furthermore, how to enhance thefoamabilities of the cable compounds is also explored according to the unique viscoelastic behaviors of the cable compounds.
