摘要
利用自行设计的20 kHz超声振动切削系统,在不同的切削速度下,对航空硬铝(7075)进行非传统式的普通切削和振动切削对比试验。试验结果表明:振动切削的加工效果明显优于普通切削,振动切削存在一个最佳切削速度,振动切削加工的切削力明显小于普通切削加工,振动切削在加工过程中更加平稳。
A self-designed ultrasonic vibration cutting system was used to experiment with varying cutting speed on aviation aluminium alloy( 7075). The vibration cutting and non-vibration cutting( conventional cutting) experiments were performed for comparison. Experimental results show that the quality of the machined surface by using vibration cutting is obviously superior to the conventional cutting,vibration cutting exists an optimum feed speed,the cutting force of vibration cutting is lower than conventional cutting,vibration cutting is more stable in the machining process.
