摘要
针对矿用自卸车流量放大全液压转向系统建模仿真特性分析进行研究,以XGE400矿用自卸车全液压转向系统为研究对象,根据系统的结构原理分析了其静态特性,并利用AMESim搭建系统的动态特性仿真模型,以不同的阶跃信号作为输入激励,获得系统的动态特性变化曲线;同时搭建流量放大全液压转向系统试验台,对其性能进行试验验证,将两种方法获得的结果进行对比分析。结果表明:二者变化基本吻合,所搭建的仿真模型是准确可靠的,可以应用于实际设计和产品优化设计。
Aimed at a full hydraulic steering system with flow-amplifier of mining dump truck,modeling and simulation characteristic analysis were researched. The research was based on the steering system of XGE400 mining dump truck as an object. According to structural principle of the system,its static characteristics were analyzed,and simulation model of the dynamic characteristics of the system was built by using AMESim,with a different step signal as input stimulus,the system dynamic characteristic curve with changes was gotten. And a test bed was built for the system,its performance was tested and verified,and results obtained by the two methods were analyzed and compared. The results show that change of experimental data and simulation data is consistent. The established simulation model is accurate and reliable,which can be applied in practical design and optimization of products.
