摘要
非圆齿轮具有变传动比、传动平稳的特点,在防滑差速器中得到了广泛的应用。文中详细地阐述了非圆齿轮节曲线的设计方法,并以椭圆齿轮为例,基于Solid Works对椭圆齿轮进行建模和运动学仿真,验证了其设计理论和建模方法正确性。
Non-circular gear has the characters of variable transmission ratio, smooth transmission, so it has been widelyused in anti-slip differentials. This paper studies design method of the non-circular gear curve. Model of oval gear is builtbased on SolidWorks. Kinematics simulation of oval gear is carried out. Design theory and the correctness of modelingmethod are verified.
