摘要
回转窑托轮轴承故障及其表面的异常磨损会影响回转窑运行的可靠性。往往多数托轮故障的原因是由于托轮轴向力过大造成的。在线检测回转窑托轮轴向力,并且及时调整托轮可以有效地防止托轮发生这些故障。文中分析回转窑托轮轴向力的来源,提出一种在线检测托轮轴向力的方法,并设计该仪器的硬件框架和软件系统。该仪器将对回转窑托轮在水平面歪斜的调整有指导和帮助作用。
Bearing failures and roller surface wear directly impact on the reliability of rotary kiln. Most of these failuresare caused by too large axial force. Measuring the axial force on rotary kiln roller can prevent the failures effectively. Thispaper introduces the axial force source of rotary kiln roller, proposes an on-line measurement method and instrument ofroller axial force. Hardware frame and software system of the instrument is introduced. In addition, the instrument can beused to adjust rotary kiln roller skew in horizontal plane.
