摘要 为了实时监测盘形滚刀的磨损状况,建立一套盘形滚刀磨损状况实时监测系统,该系统利用电涡流传感器测量位移原理,通过无线结合有线的方式,将测量的滚刀磨损状况传送至上位机上显示。通过某工程现场实验,实时监测不同刀位滚刀的磨损状况,并与实际测量的滚刀磨损状况进行比较,验证了该系统能够有效监测滚刀的磨损量,从而实现盘形滚刀磨损状况的实时监测。 In order to monitor the wear condit ion of disc cut ter in real time, the real -t ime monitoring system for the wear condition of disc cutter is established. This system uses the principle of measuring displacement of eddy current sensor. The wear condition of disc cutter can be displayed on the upper computer by this system which mixes with the wired mode and wireless mode. The wear condition of different disc cutter is monitored by this system in real time in a certain engineering field. The monitoring data and the actual data are compared. The results prove that the system can effectively monitor the wear condition of the disc cutter. So the real-time monitoring of the wear condition of disc cutter can be realized.
