回旋加速器磁铁举升吊耳的结构设计

摘要 紧凑型强流质子回旋加速器的主磁铁直径为6160mm,总重量为416t,材料为08钢,在加速器调试与检修时用4台液压缸将上半磁铁举升起来,被举升部分的重量为200t。08钢的强度硬度较低,举升吊耳与磁铁的连接处容易产生强度失效,文中介绍了举升吊耳的结构设计与应力分析的情况。 The main magnet diameter of the compact proton cyclotron is 6160mm, and the total weight is 416 tons, its material is 08# steel. Four sets of hydraulic cylinder are used to lift the upper magnet, and the lifting weight is 200 tons. The strength of 08# steel is not high enough, so the junction between the lifting lug and the magnet may occur failure. Therefore, the lifting hanging lug structure design and strength analysis is particularly important. The test verifies that the lug design is resonable and relaiable. This paper designs the lug structure and analyzes the stress.
