摘要
在光伏行业的硅片制程中粗糙度检测仪广泛用于检测硅块表面的粗糙度,文中利用VB6.0编程平台探究如何通过粗糙度检测仪的串口,实现了与普通计算机的通信,获取了表面测量的轮廓数据,这对粗糙度检测仪的进一步的应用具有一定的指导意义。
Roughness tester is largely used in surface quality test of silicon blocks for photovoltaic industry. Based on VB6.0, this paper studies how to communicate with PC and get profile data of silicon blocks using serial port on the roughness tester. The result has reference for further application of the roughness tester.
