摘要
料流调节阀是无料钟炉顶装料系统的关键设备之一,要求其必须安全可靠。文中介绍了一种新型平行轴式料流调节阀,巧妙地采用有限元多体分析功能结合多分析步的方法对整个开阀过程进行了仿真研究,结果表明设备强度及刚度完全符合设计要求。
A new Material flow control gate is a key equipment of the bell-less top charging system, it must be safe and reliable. A new type of parallel shaft type material flow control gate is introduced. Finite element multi-body analysis function and multi-step analysis method are used to simulate the whole valve opening process. The results show that the strength and stiffness of the device can meet the design requirements.
