摘要
针对某刮板输送机刮板链断链故障,对断链故障产生原因、断链监测方式进行研究,开发了一套刮板输送机断链故障在线监测系统,为掌握刮板输送机的运行状态,减少维修时间,提高工作效率奠定了坚实基础。
To solve chain broken, this paper studies the reason of chain broken and monitoring methods. A set of on-line monitoring system for scraper conveyor chain is developed to reduce maintenance time and improve efficiency.
