摘要
在某风电偏航齿轮箱开式齿轮成型磨齿加工过程中,发现由于齿向修形引起在不同的齿宽位置其渐开线齿形误差曲线呈现有规律变化,针对这一特点,文中从实际测量与理论计算两个方面揭示了其变化规律。
In the grinding process of exposed cylindrical gear, it is found the involute profile error curve of the involute tooth profile has the characteristic of regular variation due to lead modification. This paper studies the change law according to actual measurement and theoretical calculation.
