The Judgment of Historical Records to the Thought Origin of Han Fei

Historical Records had the biography including Han Fei who was the Legalist＇s representative figure,and Lao Zi who was the founder of Taoism,which is named The Biography of Lao Zi and Han Fei. It was deemed that the thought of Han Fei was rooted in thought of Huang-Lao Taoist. The thoughts of Confucian school,Taoist school,and the Legalists are compared to analyze the framework and basic ideas of the thought of Han Fei,and to explore the theoretical basis of the judgment of Historical Records.
