氦氧混合气在新生儿呼吸系统疾病中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 氦氧混合气(helium oxygen mixture,Heliox)具有降低气道压、促进氧气向肺泡弥散及二氧化碳排除的优点,可减少机械通气并发症并缩短呼吸机上机时间。近年,Heliox逐渐被应用于新生儿呼吸系统疾病,针对临床上治疗部分新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)、重症新生儿胎粪吸入综合征(MAS)、新生儿持续性肺动脉高压(PPHN)等疾病。这些疾病病情危重,治疗困难,病死率极高。而Heliox的引入可能为上述疾病提供新的治疗方法,相信具有潜在而巨大的临床价值。现对Heliox在新生儿呼吸系统疾病中的应用予以下介绍。
