基于突变级数法的光伏产业竞争力评价及路径选择

摘要 在我国各省市大力发展光伏产业等战略性新兴产业的背景下,从市场拉动、企业集聚、创新推动和资源基础四个维度,选取23项指标构成光伏产业竞争力评价指标体系,采用突变级数法建立评价模型。通过对我国31个省市光伏产业竞争力实证分析,结果表明:我国光伏产业发展呈现地域不平衡和两极分化,形成以江浙为主,华北、中南为辅的空间布局,以此提出我国光伏产业空间均衡发展建议。 In. the background of photovoltaic industry and other emerging industries vigorously development in. Chinese provinces, gathered from the market driven., enterprise, innovation, and resource base four dimensions, the paper sets 23 indicators constitute the evaluation, index system through empirical analysis of the photovoltaic industry of 31 provinces in. China, and the catastrophe progression, method to establish evaluation, model,the results show that the development of PV industry in. China presents the regional imbalance and polarization, phenomenon., formed mainly in. the Jiangsu Zhejiang area, n.orth, Souths supplemented by the space layouts and puts forward the suggestions for the balanced development of industry production, of the volt.
