基于结构方程模型的民营经济政策环境满意度研究——基于江苏省1072家民营企业调查数据的分析

Research on the Satisfaction of Private Economy Policy Environment by the Structural Equation Model——Based on the 1072 samples of private enterprises in Jiangsu

以江苏省13个地市的1072家民营企业为样本,基于结构方程模型研究了影响民营经济政策满意度的主要因素。研究表明,除企业特征对民营经济政策满意度的影响难以测度外,市场准入公开程度、"玻璃门"现象是否严重、融资困难程度、税收政策是否公平等因素均不同程度地影响民营经济政策的满意度,且当下民营企业最关心的依然还是融资和市场准入问题。因此,彻底打破"玻璃门",通过各种途径有效地缓解融资困难,是从源头上根本改变民营经济生存环境的重要路径。

This paper studies the main, determinants of private policy satisfaction, with the 1072 samples of private enterprises in. Jiangsu？s 13 cities based on. the Structural equation, model. The results show that the openness of market access, the phenomenon, of class door, the degree of financing difficulty, the justice of tax policy and so on. have influence to a certain, extent on. satisfaction, of private policy environment except for the measureless of corporate attributes. Presently, market access and financing are still be greatly concerned about by private enterprises. Therefore, breaking the class door and solving the financing difficulty are the ways to completely change the living environment of private economy.
