南京市战略性新兴产业技术效率评价研究

Research on the Technical Efficiency Evaluation of Strategic Emerging Industries in Nanjing City

战略性新兴产业对于社会经济长远发展具有重要的推动作用,大力培育和发展战略性新兴已经成为各地政府的共识。以南京市战略性新兴产业为例,利用DEA模型评价产业技术效率并进行细分产业效率排序分析,研究结论对于地方政府科学合理制定战略性新兴产业发展规划具有较好的参考价值;同时,针对副省级城市开展战略性新兴产业技术效率评价工作,对于构建基于国家层面、省级层面、市级层面的战略性新兴产业一体化评价体系具有一定的借鉴意义。

because the strategic emerging industries plays an. important role in. promoting long-term economic and social development, it has been, the consensus of local governments to develop strategic emerging industries vigorously. Taking the strategic emerging industries of Nanjing City as an. example, this paper use the DEA model to evaluate the technical efficiency and analyze the efficiency sequence. The research conclusion, has a good reference value for the local government to develop the strategic emerging industry development scientifically and rationally; at the same time, it has a certain, reference value for constructing the integration, evaluation, system of strategic emerging industry in. the national level, provincial level and municipal level.
