"一带一路"战略是中国"十三五"规划中对外开放的重要政策,福建作为"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的核心区,如何利用这一历史契机,使福建对外直接投资能够持续稳定健康发展,是福建在"十三五"规划中面临的重大课题。拟就福建现阶段对外直接投资的现状、特征与作用进行分析,为更好地实施走出去战略提供思路。

＂One Belt and One Road＂（Silk Road and Economic Belt） is one of the essential opemiing-up policy of China-proposed 13th Five Year Planning. As one of the areas of 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, Fujian, is meeting a historical challege now, how to make full use of it to make Fujian, foreign, direct investment developed stablely and healthily is a major issue that we should be facing right now. This paper reviews the current situation, of Fujian. foreign, direct investment and analyzes its characteristics and function., giving a light on. a better implement the ＂ going out＂ strategy.
