Recently, entrepreneurial activity in. our country has been. in. a very active posture, but, at the same time, the life of the enterprise, particularly, the SMES is short. Starting a business costs a lot of money, while the Immediate Death will not only be a huge waste of resources, but also have many negative effects such as family stability and social peace. In. hence, it will be a benefit for the enterprise to be started with lon-gevity genes. In. this paper, we think that the moral qualities of entrepreneurs are longevity genes of enterprise, so they should be brought into the firms in. their beginning time.
