摘要
学习动机是直接推动学生学习的重要心理因素,也是决定英语学习是否成功的内在关键。如何激发和培养学生的英语学习动机,提高学生的学习积极性与效果,是近半个世纪以来应用语言学研究的热点。旨在介绍并运用Drnyei最新提出的"二语动机自我系统"理论,结合广东轻工职业技术学院英语课堂教学实际,为提高高职学生的英语学习动机和雅思考试提出若干建议。
Motivation is one of the key psychological factors in students7 language learning and also an internal determiner that whether the English study will be a success. How to stimulate and cultivate students’ English learning motivation and to improve students7 learning enthusiasm and effect have been a heated discussion of applied linguistics during the past half century. The paper introduced and used L2 Motivational Self System newly developed by Dornyei, and putted forward suggestions for motivation English learning and IELTS by taking English classroom teaching in Guangdong Industry Polytechnic.
