我国上市公司业绩对股价的影响关系研究

The Research of the Effect Relationship between Stock Price and Enterprise Performance in China

股价的变动取决于大中小股东的选择性投资,而股东投资影响着上市公司的资本结构,因此本文着重关注企业业绩对股价的影响,在量化上市公司业绩和股价的基础上,利用中国2005-2014年我国上市公司的财务数据,使用相关经济学和统计学软件,实证分析企业业绩对股价的影响,为投资者和管理者提出建议。

Share price change depends on the selective investment of large,medium and small shareholders,whereas,the shareholders＇ investment have an impact on the capital structure of enterprises. This paper focuses on the impact on the stock price of corporate performance. On the basis of qualifying the share price and performance of enterprise,using the panel data of enterprises in China during 2005-2014 and using the correlation and regression analysis and reference business-related data,the effects of business performance on the share price is empirical analyzed so as to provide some recommendation for investors and managers.
