This paper,takes the class of Application of Definite Integral of undergraduate course as an example,demonstrates the teaching practice in mathematics based on the mathematics experiment platform. Following the principle of taking teachers as guide and students as main body. With the mathematical software to help students to master the element method and guide students to build mathematical model to solve practical problems.
