"计算机组装与维护"课程是大学本(专)科院校非计算机专业学员的一门选修课程,其主要授课内容为计算机软/硬件知识介绍、计算机使用过程中常见故障的诊断和排查。首先分析了"计算机组装与维护"课程的教学现状,及出现此现状的原因,以"网络故障解决"为例提出了"原理+实践"案例启发式教学解决方案,并详细论述了具体的教学过程。

Computer assembly and maintenance course is an elective course for students of non- computer profession in college and university. The main contents of this course are to introduce the basic knowledge of computer software and hardware,and to diagnose and investigate common faults during the process of computer using. With the popularization of computer and internet,more and more problems about computer using are encountered by the non-professional students during the process of computer practices. This paper describes the teaching status of the course firstly,and then analyzes the reasons for this situation,and presents the ＂Principle ＋ Practice＂case teaching solutions based on the example of solving network fault. And the specific teaching processes are also discussed at the same time.
